Rules, Winning Principles & Settlement Policy
Please read these rules carefully before joining any prediction window. By participating, you agree to follow the platform rules, wallet process, prediction process, winner-selection logic, and settlement decisions described on this page.
How the Predict Pool Works
Predict Pool is a score-prediction platform where registered users join open prediction windows, pay the required entry fee from their wallet, and submit exact score predictions for selected matches before the window closes.
Each prediction window has its own opening time, closing time, entry fee, maximum number of picks, list of matches, and settlement status. Once a window closes, users can no longer join, edit, or submit predictions for that window.
Create an Account
A user must register and log in before joining any prediction window. The account is used to track wallet balance, predictions, entry history, payout records, refund records, and settlement outcomes.
Fund Your Wallet
A player must have enough wallet balance before joining a window. The entry fee is deducted from the wallet once per window. The system does not charge per individual match prediction inside the same window.
Join an Open Window
A prediction window must be open before users can join. Once the window closing time is reached, the window is locked and no new prediction entry is accepted.
Wallet, Funding, Entry Deduction & Payout Records
Wallet Funding
Users may request wallet funding through the approved platform process. Wallet credits are subject to verification and admin approval before they reflect as usable balance.
Entry Fee Deduction
Once a user joins a prediction window, the entry fee is deducted from the user’s wallet. The user cannot join the same window again after a valid entry has been submitted.
Wallet Transactions
Wallet funding, entry deductions, refunds, and payout credits are recorded as wallet transactions. These records serve as the official financial record of each user’s account activity.
Balance Responsibility
Users are responsible for confirming that their wallet balance is sufficient before joining a window. If a user has insufficient balance, the entry will not be accepted.
How Predictions Are Submitted
Maximum Match Picks
Each window may define the maximum number of matches a player can predict. For example, a window may allow up to 5 match picks. A player may select fewer than the maximum, but selecting more matches may increase the opportunity to get more correct predictions.
One Entry Per Window
A player can join a prediction window only once. Duplicate participation in the same window is not allowed and will be blocked by the system.
Exact Score Prediction
A correct prediction means the player predicted the exact final score of a match. For example, if the actual result is 2 - 1, only a 2 - 1 prediction is counted as correct.
Wrong Picks Do Not Cancel Correct Picks
Wrong predictions do not cancel correct predictions. If a player predicts 5 matches and gets 4 correct, the player has 4 correct predictions. The one wrong prediction only affects tie-breaker ranking where correct counts are equal.
How the Main Winner Is Selected
Highest Correct Predictions Wins
- The main winner is the player with the highest number of exact correct score predictions in the window.
- The main winner receives 50% of the total pool.
- The system first counts how many correct predictions each player has.
- A player with 5 correct predictions beats a player with 4 correct predictions. Example: 5/5 beats 4/4.
- A player with 4 correct predictions beats a player with 3 correct predictions, even if the second player picked fewer matches. Example: 4/5 beats 3/3.
- If two players have the same number of correct predictions, the player with fewer total picks wins because the player made fewer mistakes. Example: 4/4 beats 4/5.
- If two players are still tied after correct count and total picks, the earliest valid submission wins. Example: if two players both got 4/4, the person who submitted first wins.
First Entrant Bonus
- The first valid player to enter the prediction window receives 25% of the total pool as entry bonus.
- If the main winner is not the first entrant, the first entrant receives the 25% entry bonus.
- If the main winner is also the first entrant, the 25% entry bonus goes to the second valid entrant in the window.
- If the main winner is also the first entrant and there is no second entrant, the main winner receives both the 50% main winner prize and the 25% entry bonus, making a total of 75%.
- Entry order is determined strictly by the valid submission record stored by the system.
Platform 25% Record
The platform retains 25% of every completed settlement as platform/system earnings. This amount is recorded in the settlement record and reflected in the admin dashboard.
The platform percentage covers system operation, wallet administration, result processing, settlement computation, record keeping, and general platform management.
What Happens If Nobody Gets Any Prediction Correct?
If all players in a window get zero correct predictions, the system does not declare a main winner because no player successfully predicted any exact score.
No Correct Prediction Refund Rule
If nobody gets any prediction correct, the platform keeps 25% of the total pool, while the remaining 75% is shared equally among all unique entrants and credited back to their wallets as a refund/return credit.
How the Pool Is Calculated
Examples of Winner Selection
Example 1: More Correct Predictions Wins
Player A: 4 correct out of 5 picks
Player B: 3 correct out of 3 picks
Player A wins because 4 correct predictions is greater than 3 correct predictions.
Example 2: Same Correct Count, Fewer Picks Wins
Player A: 4 correct out of 4 picks
Player B: 4 correct out of 5 picks
Player A wins because both players got 4 correct, but Player A made no wrong pick.
Example 3: Higher Correct Count Still Wins
Player A: 5 correct out of 5 picks
Player B: 4 correct out of 4 picks
Player A wins because 5 correct predictions is greater than 4 correct predictions.
Example 4: Tie After Correct Count and Picks
Player A: 4 correct out of 4 picks
Player B: 4 correct out of 4 picks
The player who submitted first wins the 50% main winner prize.
Example 5: Winner Was First Entrant
Player A entered first and also became the main winner.
Player B entered second.
Player A gets 50%, while Player B gets the 25% entry bonus.
Example 6: Nobody Got Any Correct
All players got zero correct predictions.
No main winner is declared.
The platform keeps 25%.
The remaining 75% is shared equally among all entrants and credited back to their wallets.
How Settlement Happens
- Admin enters the actual match scores after the matches are played.
- Once both actual scores are entered, the match status becomes completed.
- Admin opens the settlement page for the prediction window.
- The system checks all predictions against the actual scores.
- The system counts how many exact correct predictions each player has.
- If players have the same number of correct predictions, the system checks who made fewer total picks.
- If players are still tied after correct count and total picks, the system uses earliest valid submission time.
- The system applies the approved winner rule or the no-correct-prediction refund rule.
- Winners, entry bonus recipients, or refund recipients are credited automatically in their wallets.
- The platform’s 25% is recorded in the admin dashboard under settlement records.
Settlement Records and Final Decision
The system settlement is based on submitted prediction records, match results entered by admin, timestamps, wallet transaction records, and the rules stated on this page.
Once a window is settled, the system marks it as settled and prevents duplicate settlement. Wallet credits generated by settlement are recorded in the wallet transaction history.
If a dispute arises, the platform will review system records, prediction timestamps, result records, wallet records, and settlement records. The system record shall be the primary reference for resolving disputes.
Important Notices
Closed Windows Cannot Be Joined
Once a prediction window closes, no player can submit or change predictions for that window.
System Records Control Settlement
Prediction records, wallet transactions, result entries, timestamps, and settlement logs are the official records used to determine outcome.
Settlement Cannot Be Repeated
Once a window has been settled, the system prevents duplicate settlement to avoid double payment.
Admin Result Entry Is Required
Settlement can only run when all matches in the window have actual scores and are marked as completed.
No Guaranteed Winning
Participation does not guarantee winning. Payout depends on the final match results, prediction accuracy, entry order, and the settlement rules stated here.
Dispute Review
Any complaint or dispute should be reviewed against the official system records. The platform may correct obvious administrative errors where proven by system records.
